I look after what’s happening on stage so artists can feel confident, relaxed, and fully present in their performance. It’s not just about levels and EQs — it’s about creating trust. That trust comes from consistency, good communication, and understanding what people need before they have to ask.

I’ve been lucky to build long-standing relationships with the artists I work with. I keep things calm, listen properly, and make sure the sound just works — so they can get on with doing what they do best.
